Shipping policy

We offer the following shipping options through USPS and UPS:

Ground Advantage Shipping: Delivery Time: 3-6 business days
Priority Mail Shipping: Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include order processing times.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Free shipping promotions may be available for qualifying orders. Check our website for current offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through USPS or UPS.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Lost or Delayed Orders: Contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) first to resolve the issue. If it remains unresolved, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for further assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all state and federal regulations regarding the shipment of THC products.
Due to state regulations, we do not ship THCA products to Arkansas, Hawaii, Minnesota, Nevada, Idaho and Oregon.
Due to state regulations, we do not ship Delta-8 products to the following states: AK, AZ, CO, DE, IA, ID, HI, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, ND, NV, NY, OR, RI, UT, VT, WA, WV.
